CoverSense is a marine technology company focused on one principle: when the facts are clear, everyone is better protected.

Before CoverSense Log, I found myself trying to sell what many would have considered an unsellable boat.

It had a history that most sellers would have tried to hide. Instead, I did the opposite. I documented everything. Every issue, every repair, every invoice and every concern. I answered every question honestly, even when the answer might have made a buyer walk away.

The result surprised many people.

The boat sold in just six days, for slightly more than I'd expected, to a lovely couple who knew exactly what they were buying. There were no hidden surprises, no difficult conversations after the sale, and no sense that either side had won at the other's expense. It was simply a fair, transparent transaction built on trust.

That experience reinforced something I've believed ever since: people don't expect perfection — they expect honesty. When you give customers clear information and evidence to support it, uncertainty disappears. Trust replaces doubt. Decisions become easier. Sales become smoother.

That principle became the foundation of CoverSense Log.

All whilst trying to reduce the admin burden resulting from running a safe and slick operation.

Every photo, every job note, every timestamp and every report exists for one reason: to replace uncertainty with clarity. We believe the best protection doesn't come from hiding mistakes — it comes from documenting the truth.
